Alison is a Masters-prepared nurse with 20 years of leadership experience in informatics and professional practice. As a Certified Professional in Health Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS-CA) and Prosci certified change management professional, she has completed several strategic planning, tactical planning, and implementation projects, serving in the clinical subject matter expert and project lead roles. Alison also has extensive experience supporting implementations of large-scale clinical information systems.
