He has deep expertise in strategic and tactical planning, stakeholder engagement, and change management. Bill’s also an expert on Healthcare Clinical Information Systems (HCIS) options analysis and planning – leading organizations to HIMSS Level 6 & 7 achievements. He has extensive experience with all of the major HCIS vendors in Canada and has been involved in and/or advised in dozens of implementations.
