Eleanor has over 30 years’ experience in delivering change and transformation across the health and care sector working with the UK NHS. She has a passion for making digital health and care happen to improve lives through better care and digital innovation.

Prior to her career in digital healthcare consulting, Eleanor spent 15 years working in the service holding senior clinical, operational and board level roles in the NHS across provider and commissioner organisations. Eleanor started off her career as a Podiatrist, specialising in Diabetes and graduated from the NHS Management Training scheme in 2000. This operational and clinical experience provides a strong foundation from which she engages clinical and operational teams at the frontline of service delivery, to embrace technology and transform care pathways to deliver improved outcomes and benefits.

Eleanor has a further 15 years healthcare consulting experience which includes 10 years at EY, where she led several complex healthcare transformation programmes and she subsequently established a successful independent healthcare consulting practice prior to joining Channel 3.

In her role as Executive Partner at Channel 3, Eleanor has led a number of major digital transformation programmes working in partnership with clients at all stages of their digital journey from strategy, through decision making and onto implementation and optimisation. She is passionate about driving the delivery of benefits by optimising the impact of technology and has formed many collaborative relationships and partnerships with innovators, academics and suppliers across the digital healthcare sector to digitally transform the delivery of care.
